Enrollments are accepted throughout the school year. Interested families are encouraged to visit out campus and meet with our Headmaster, David Wick, Jr. prior to enrolling.

STEP 1.
Please print the attached Application Form (pdf) and complete it.

STEP 2.
You may fax your completed application to (928) 634-4915 or

STEP 3.
An admissions representative will contact you within a week of receiving your application. Upon acceptance you will receive additional forms to be completed and returned to us prior to the start of the school session.
